📂 Case & Verification Management

The Verification section enables you to monitor all identity verification journeys initiated by your users. You can track the status of each journey, review documents and outcomes, and apply powerful filters to slice the data by tenant, status, nationality, and more.

Key capabilities:

• Monitor completed, failed, or pending verifications in real time
• Filter and analyze verification data by tenant, document type, or environment
• Review user details, documents, and automated decisions

🏢 Tenant Settings

The Tenant Settings section is where you manage each tenant individually. A tenant typically represents a region, business unit, or customer group—each with its own flows, branding, and API integrations.

Key capabilities:

• Create or update tenant-specific verification flows
• Customize the user experience through the Theme Designer
• Configure Developer Settings like API credentials, IP whitelisting, and webhooks
